Happy New Year! I can’t believe 2011 is here! Time goes by quick, so in order to make the most of it, I never start a new year with out establishing goals (you’re asking for trouble if you don’t!). Recently, I adapted the way I create my goals by implementing the three words method. This technique worked well last year, so I am doing it again. My three words for 2011 are create, collaborate and consistency.
Create: In order to run a successful company, you have to continually anticipate your clients’ needs. It’s up to you to provide the solution to problems your audience is sure to encounter. We are cognizant of this fact, so we have expanded our services and will be providing more resources (i.e. more videos, we’re working on an Ebook, etc.) to make solopreneurs lives much easier.
Collaboration: Social media has played an integral role in our expansion. The primary reason we are able to provide more services is through the relationships I formed with people I met via social networking sites. I am grateful and extremely pleased to have met talented individuals whose skills save our clients the hassle of having to go elsewhere.
Consistency: It is my goal to continually improve myself as well as the services that we provide. The only way to do this is to keep “digging” and make sure that we continually deliver premium services at affordable prices. We will be increasing the amount of surveys that we send and relying on our community to ensure that we stay on track.
I look forward to implementing and seeing my goals come to fruition. I am always up to mastering any challenges that come my way–bring it on 2011! What do you plan on accomplishing this year? I would love to hear from you!
