I love the fact that you really took time to thank all of those who took part in your event. It is important for us to be very grateful and appreciative especially to those who have helped us. Thanks for sharing important key factors in planning a Tweetup. I hope we can have a similar event organized in our place. Good job for putting up a successful event. It looks and sounds like you all had an awesome time! I have been meaning to get myself established on Twitter as a way to network with people in my area and around the country, just never seem to find time to get everything done! This seems like a great way to take an online social networking platform and turn it in to mainstream business networking which most of were used to doing all the time before Twitter came along. I am going to see if they have any Tweetups in my area. Thanks for sharing these tips.

Thanks! Tweetups are fun and easy to plan so dive right in an host one yourself if there currently aren't any in place. I am sure others will thank you for taking the initiative to do so!
