The average business owners works 10 hour days but only 2 hours working with customers and training employees. The other 8 hours are tied up in busy work and that is a total waste of time and money. We are now operating with 5 core key people and have moved 65 tasks out of our office and into the hands of contractors. Many of the contractors are part timers we hired off Craigs List for 12.50 an hour. We use <a href="http://www.cashcowaccounting.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.cashcowaccounting.com</a> for our bookkeeping and our computer network is now outsourced to <a href="http://www.rightnetworks.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.rightnetworks.com</a> and all our software is 'cloud' software.
